Helping make sure every part of your event is perfect!
Having planned every element of our own wedding, and hundreds since - we speak from experience on this topic... You can plan and plan and plan and at some point you have to entrust some jobs to other people. Not having the budget to employ someone to do these 'on the day jobs' we divided up tasks between our wonderful family members and the bridal party. Bless their cotton socks, as they all had lists of things to do... Nothing big, but small jobs that needed doing throughout the day. Looking back it is the one thing I would have changed about our wedding day. If I could have someone there to keep an eye on all the little jobs it would have put me 100% at ease and I needn't have had to burden people with jobs meaning they'd be able to fully relax and enjoy themselves.
Our 'On The Day Co-ordination' packages can include as much or as little as you want it to. We have six different payment options too, meaning you can choose a package that best suits your needs and budget, and of course we can give you a custom service if you require additional help and guidance.
On The Day Co-ordination is more than just Event Styling , we are on-hand throughout the day to make sure everything is just right. Our Jobs can include things like:
✣ Setting up | Helping with things like laying out furniture, assembling seating charts, putting up décor, making sure place names and favours are out and in the right place.
✣ Liaising with suppliers & vendors | We would be on hand to meet and greet your suppliers, tell them where to go and be the in-between man for the venue too.
✣ Schedule management | We can help you keep things on track... Make sure people are where they need to be at certain times, you know what's coming next and where you need to be. We can also assist the venue staff with rearranging areas ready for different parts of the event. This helps ensure the day runs nice and smoothly for you and all your guests!
✣ Logistical details | It's is those little things that can easily be over looked... Ensuring the right playlists are playing, making sure candles are lit, spaces are clean and tidy, supplies are restocked when needed, people are filling out the guestbook, issues are attended too and generally ensuring that everything is as it should be.
✣ Catering & Bar Support | Most of you will have caterers and bar staff sorted but if you're planning a very DIY approach or are organising the toast yourselves and would like an extra pair of hands then we can help with jobs like running a simple bar, helping with welcome drinks, topping up table wine, pouring and serving drinks for speeches/toast, helping to clear tables and serve cake / canapés.
✣ Photographer / Videographer Support | No one wants to miss anyone important out of the family shots... We can be on-hand to assist with group photos and rounding up family members. This helps keep this essential, but sometimes lengthy process efficient and not stressful for anyone, meaning you can get back to your guests and enjoying your day!
✣ Packing up and clearing away | At the end of a big celebration you don't want to be stuck tidying things away... you've got much more important things to be doing, so you can leave those tiresome jobs to us... We can help with collecting and storing gifts & cards, tidying up, blowing out candles / extinguishing fire-pits, wrapping up and clearing away food.
WHAT'S THE COST?
We offer all enquiries an initial free phone / video chat to discuss the basics of your day. If you'd like to proceed with us we require an initial £100 commitment charge. This secures your date and covers 4hrs of admin work ahead of your wedding. During this time we would work together to create a job checklist detailing our jobs and times you need us. If you'd like more assistance in the planning stage, we can book in face-to-face meetings or venue visits at £30 an hour plus travel expenses. When it comes to the day itself we have 6 different payment options available meaning you can choose what suits you / your event best. Obviously we can deliver tailor-made plans too for multi day celebrations or something more complex, just ask!
Quarter Day | up to 3hrs | Ami - £250 | Ami plus 1 - £400
Half Day | up to 6hrs | Ami - £500 | Ami & plus 1 - £800
Full Day | up to 12hrs | Ami - £1000 | Ami & plus 1 - £1600
In addition to this we also charge 45p per mile / £10 an hour in travel expenses. I can work this out for you when I know your venue postcode and any other travel requirements on the day. We would appreciate you providing us a vendor meal where possible. Any 12hr day further than 30mins from home also requires overnight accommodation. Additional hours can be arranged at £75 an hour if required and we can also offer late night pack down if needed at £100 an hour.
Once a final final has been confirmed and quote finalised we will send you an invoice. We require 50% deposit to confirm all the services needed. The outstanding balance would need to be paid 2 weeks before the event.
