THE STORY BEHIND LO & BEHOLD BESPOKE... |
The idea of Lo & Behold Bespoke crept into creation in 2016 whilst bride-to-be Ami and her fiancé Maxwell were planning the wedding of their dreams. They found themselves falling more in love with the world of weddings as they took a very DIY approach to their own wedding.
Ami & Maxwell were married in Brighton on the 27.7.17 - It was the most perfect day of their lives, you can read all about it here.
Wanting their wedding to be utterly them, the couple did as much as possible for their own special day, and it was this process, and words of encouragement from others, that inspired Ami and Maxwell to launch Lo & Behold Bespoke.
From stationery to styling items, buttonholes to bridesmaid gifts Ami enjoyed the hands-on approach so much so, that once her own wedding planning journey finished, she began helping others make their day just as special.
Ami always knew that marrying a carpenter had it’s benefits, but seeing the love and commitment that Maxwell poured into everything he made for their wedding cemented the idea that together, as husband and wife, the couple had a unique skill set and could offer a service that other dreamers, artists and free-spirited folk would love and benefit from.
Lo & Behold Bespoke can help make your event ideas and dreams a reality. Be it a birthday party, a baby shower, friends over for dinner or a wedding, they want to hear all about it and help where help is needed! They are continually updating and perfecting the services they offer and are building their list of recommended suppliers and companies who they can personally vouch for. Their offer has expanded significantly since launching now included the incredibly successful Lo & Behold Another Wedding Fair and the launch of a new Wedding Magazine launched in 2024 - The Lo & Behold Little Black Book.
