We hired a few props and chairs from Lo and Behold Bespoke for our wedding back in March. From start to finish, Ami was incredible and helped so much when I was choosing what to hire. Nothing was too much trouble for Ami and her husband and they met all our wedding hire needs!
The quality of the items are amazing and the items have clearly been carefully chosen. The peacock chairs were definitely our favourite items that we hired and we used them like thrones at our top table!
We can’t thank you enough for all you did and we love the passion behind this gorgeous business! Highly recommend.
We had the pleasure of supplying the beautiful Alicia & Ryan some key props and items for their wedding day. Choosing from our prop hire list we supplied Peacock Chairs, fairy lights, and some smaller items to create a boho-luxe seating / chill out area. Sometimes its the little details that add the wow factor and we loved being able to help them achieve that.

I can honestly say without the help of Lo & Behold Bespoke, we wouldn't of had the wedding of our dreams.
We live in the London and knew we wanted an urban city wedding; it took about 18 months to plan our wedding, but from the moment we spoke to Ami, it was obvious she understood exactly what way wanted. Planning a wedding is hard work, but everything with Ami was so easy and fun. She was with us every step of the way: through initial draft ideas, grand plans and dressing both venues, to creating our amazing bespoke stationary. We really loved the attention to details and how personal this all felt to us. Working with Ami was like being on a team. She took our idea's, listened and created things we were only dreaming of.
The cake stands, candle stick holders, vases....all these things Lo & Behold provided, all contributed to help create our beautiful day.
Ami was everything we wanted and needed in planning and styling our wedding. She is a beautiful whirlwind of creativity and ideas, and she really understood our style over home visits, phone calls and emails. We knew the day was going to be focused around "Music", and she nailed it beautifully. From the little bottle tag's to our amazing London music venue seating plan, it really set the theme and tone of the wedding perfectly.
In the days leading up to the wedding, Ami and Maxwell were there for us; framing signs, tagging bottles, designing the chalk boards and they really rolled with the punches when last minute changes were needed. They set up the venue the night before until 11pm and were on hand throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We can’t recommend Lo & Behold highly enough and we owe them a huge THANK YOU for helping us have our dream wedding.
When Kelly and Charlie asked us to help with various parts of their wedding, we jumped at the chance as we knew this was going to be one super cool wedding! We helped them in various ways; We designed and printed lots of stationery items for the big day such as order of services, menus, signs, labels and a unique seating plan. They also commissioned us create a bespoke welcome sign for The Asylum. They hired items such as candle sticks and cake stands for their beautiful reception at Tanner & Co and we also helped style both venues.

Being a non-creative type, I asked Ami to help us to realise our wedding dreams! She and I discussed favour options, and given we were having our wedding reception at The Oyster Shed, we decided homemade candles in oyster shells would be perfect! Ami procured all of the items needed and we got oyster shells from the reception venue. Together we spent 3 days making 175 candles, our guests adored them, and they smell so so wonderful!
Ami also made so many items for our wedding, which gave it the most wonderful personal touch! She really was incredible, I don’t know what we would have done without her, her attention to detail, amazing creative ideas and her wonderful happy excited attitude made wedding planning and prepping all the more fun! We would recommend her to anyone who would like creative styling support for the best day of your life, she really is an absolute diamond!
Becca & Edward used our Support Package & Bespoke Design Service. Wanting to be involved, but not sure where to start, we helped them make homemade candles for unique and inspired favours for their guests. Utilising more oyster shells we also hand wrote the place names and created gold lined salt & pepper pots. Taking inspiration from their invitations we made individual menus, a seating plan & a stamp which they used to print their cake boxes. Finally we created the table numbers & signs on a selection of gorgeous glass frames & mirrors.

When we found out that we could only set up our wedding reception on the morning of our actual wedding we got in touch with Ami and Maxwell, and boy are we glad we did... Being creative ourselves, we knew exactly what we wanted and Ami took everything we said on board and more. Although our pink and mint green tropical decor is slightly different from the bohemian vibes that Lo and Behold are known for, Ami totally got our theme which shows her ability to respond to and appreciate a variety of themes.
A few weeks prior to the wedding we had a styling consultation with Ami, she looked over the decor we'd collected, planned table layouts and offered extra props and items which we completely forgot about. She is so full of enthusiasm and genuine love for styling that she made us so excited about our big day and very comfortable about leaving it to her and Maxwell to sort. They went above and beyond and worked really hard, even going in the night before at 11pm to put up the lighting and bunting. They styled our wedding to perfection and we'll be eternally grateful for these two humans!
Our favourite parts were actually all the little extras that we hadn't planned, such as the hand drawn typography Ami wrote on the staircase up to our wedding and on an entrance sign, a beautiful floral set up on the bar as you walked in and our cake and drinks table. Our styling was even spotted on my instagram by Kat Williams from Rock N Roll Bride and our wedding featured in print in the April 2017 magazine. It will be a day we will cherish forever and we are planning on working with Ami and Maxwell again for our next big event!
Kate & Joff used our Styling Service using props and decor which they'd lovingly collected and created. Like many couples they were stuck with limitations around access to the venue and not wanting any of their immediate family or the bridal party to miss out on their wedding morning excitement they called in our help. Through meeting the couple we truly understood their vision and desired aesthetic, so when it came to the day we were able to use our instinct and creative eye to ensure their reception venue was everything they dreamed it would be (and more).
Lisa & Henry also used our Styling Service to ensure their wedding reception looked perfect and they had a stress free morning. Held in a chic & busy London bar/deli/cafe they were unable to do any styling before the morning of their wedding. Wanting to entrust this task to someone they could rely on, we were asked to go in and help set out the room; decorating the tables with lots of fragrant fresh herbs and hand stamped place names, setting up the guestbook area and having the fun task of assembling a gorgeous cheese cake tower!
Having Ami and Maxwell on board to help out with our wedding was completely invaluable. We decided from the minute that we got engaged we would have a DIY wedding with all favours, Decorations and seating plans made by us. It was important to us to have a handmade and unique style but I think we totally underestimated how long making everything for a wedding takes. Cue Ami and Maxwell and their amazing combined skills and keen eye for detail. They came and helped us make tissue paper Pom Poms, hand-stamp escort cards and put together vintage dress up doll name cards.
No task was too much for these pair and although the bright colourful vintage feel of our wedding is very different to their natural boho style, they instantly got the vibe we were going for for our big day. This lovely pair also came to our venue the day before the wedding and were completely in their element with styling support and opinions of layouts. We had them sign writing (Ami has gorgeous handwriting) hanging Pom poms and setting up the tables and a guest book area.
I honestly couldn't recommended The Hyde's enough for support with your big day. Whether you have them on board for styling or planning the whole thing for you, they will pour every ounce of their time, passion and creativity in making it truly special and unique for you and your guests.
Anna & Rudy enlisted our help by means of our Support Package and assistance with Set Up/Styling. This gorgeous quirky couple had planned a fun and colourful day with lots of little individual touches & handmade elements. With all this DIY sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands and this is where we came in. We assisted making decor, paper pompoms, paper-doll place names and their gorgeous and unique seating plan. On the day before we also had the honour of helping set up their barn and seeing their dreams become a reality.
When my wedding venue said they didn't set up or help with that in any way I went into a minor meltdown, but Ami was totally my knight in shinning armour! The set up and styling she did was beautiful and it was a huge weight off my mind knowing she would do an amazing job. It was just one thing I really didn't need to worry about. On our big day I got to the venue and managed to take a look before anyone went in and it was perfect, there was not one thing I moved or wanted differently. Ami had listened and completely understood what we wanted. I cannot recommend Ami enough!
Sian and Aaron called upon us to help them set up their wedding reception. This gorgeous couple had a really clear idea of what they wanted and just needed someone reliable to go in and set things up how they wanted. On the morning of their wedding, whilst they were enjoying the excitement of getting ready, we were able to head over to their venue and get things looking perfect. Prior to the event we met up and took a detailed description of what they wanted, meaning on the day we could efficiently work through our list of jobs. We set up the seating plan, gift and dessert table and ensured the place settings, favours and tables were laid out properly. We were also able to assemble the cake and liaise with the florist and venue staff.
